Most Company operations are carried out in locations far from the office base locations, it is important to state in this general procedure that host communities to these locations should/ will be given CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) treatment In order to achieve this, Nesc Integrated Systems Developers Ltd has deem it fit to maintain good and cordial relationship with local communities as a first essential step in maintaining the project schedule and has taken a role in managing community relations to alleviate potentially negative responses from the host community.

Nesc Integrated Systems Developers Ltd has the responsibility to timely engage relevant communities to create the enabling environment for the company’s contractors or subcontractor’s operations, deliver on community development projects and making courtesy calls and including projects to communities.

ENTRY INTO COMMUNITIES:

Pre entry visits shall be conducted to relevant communities prior to mobilization for site activities and to appraise them of the work to be done. This pre-entry visits shall be conducted with due regard to the cultural practices of the local indigenes which require visitors to pay respect and homage to the community leadership. Company will provide guidance on the appropriate cultural practices in each community.
