Ifeoma Ojukwu is a HR Practitioner with over 10 years professional experience in the banking and tech industries. She has experience in People Management, HR & employee relations, Grievance Management, driving operational effectiveness, managing team performance, building and maintaining business partnership and customer relationship.  
She effectively manages people and resources; optimizing strategies for growth to ensure continuous improvement of people’s performance. She monitors employee policy compliance and develops and implements corporate change projects. 
She is currently the Human Resources Manager at NESC ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Limited.
She holds a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
